Diagnosis
Antennal clava slender, first claval segment distinctly narrower than funicular segment (figure 53); fore wing with basal one-third strongly infuscate and with a small speculum (as in rubescens (figure 60)); posterior scutellum convex (as in umbonata (figure 56)); pair of scutellar setae situated at hind margin of scutellum (as in prymna (figure 57).
Female (length of body= 0.6 mm)
Colour. Scape white with dorsal margin infuscate, pedicel and flagellum whitish, slightly infuscate. Frons metallic purple. Vertex and occiput dark brown with metallic tinges. Mesoscutum and scutellum metallic bluish purple. Coxae, femora and tibiae dark and metallic; fore tarsus infuscate, mid and hind tarsi white. Fore wing with basal one-third strongly infuscate, remaining two-thirds hyaline. Gaster dark with golden-purple tinges, membranes white.
Head. Antenna as in figure 53 (flagellum on right antenna missing on holotype). HE / MS / MO: MS and MO not measurable on type specimen. Frons with weak reticulation, meshes transverse. Vertex with weak reticulation. Posterior ocelli situated at occipital margin; POL/OOL: 6.0/1.0. Occipital margin rounded; transverse groove distinct, median longitudinal groove indistinct. WH/WT =1.0.
Mesosoma . Mesoscutum convex, 0.5× as long as wide, with weak and engraved reticulation, meshes isodiametric, slightly elongate posteriorly, with one pair of setae situated close to anterior margin. Scutellum convex, 0.7× as long as wide, with weak and engraved reticulation, meshes slightly elongate, lateral and posterior margins smooth and shiny; scutellar setae situated at hind margin of scutellum. Axilla advanced 0.8× of its length in front of scuto-scutellar sulcus. TPS not visible. Fore wing speculum small and closed below; LW/LM/HW: 1.9/1.0/1.1; PM/ST = 0.2. Propodeum smooth and shiny; propodeal callus with two setae.
Metasoma. Gastral tergites smooth and shiny; MM/LG=1.3.
