Distribution. China, Vietnam: Thái Nguyên, Hòa Bình ( Chau et al. 2007; Stekolnikov 2021). Hosts with no locality indicated: Microtus oeconomus (Pallas) , Hylomys suillus , Prionodon pardicolor , Dremomys pernyi , Niviventer fulvescens (= R. fulvescens ), Rattus andamanensis (= R. koratensis ) ( Chau et al. 2007).
