Distribution in Bulgaria: Ropotamo [1]; Chengeneskele – Burgas [2]; Gotse Delchev, Petrich [3]; Dinkata (Pazardzhik Region), Bogdanci (Razgrad Region), Stara Zagora, Zagore (Stara Zagora Region), Harmanli, Topolovgrad, Elhovo, Granitovo [4]; Sofia Region [5]; Godech, Berkovitsa, Vratsa, Varshets, Botevgrad, Zlatitsa, Teteven, Gabrovo, Shipka (Stara Zagora Region), Elena [6]; Nova Cherna (Silistra Region) [7].

Lice of Sturnidoecus identified to the generic level only were reported from Coccothraustes coccothraustes (L.)* (see Ilieva, 2005).
