Holotype: [unknown sex]. MEXICO: Zacatecas, Corral de Piedra, ca. 10 km SW Jalpa, 1615 m; 21°37'50" N, 103°3'58" W, 11/X/1999. Col. R. L. Westcott; collected on flowers of small roadside Asteraceae . Conservation status: Complete, well-preserved.

Paratype: 1 ♂. Ídem.

Paratypes: 2 [unknown sex]. MEXICO: Zacatecas, 3.3 mi S Tabasco, 22/IX/1986. Col. B. K. Dozier; Helianthus annuus (girasol).
