Diagnosis. The new species is characterized by greenish body, with black cephalic spot under compound eye and brown stripe on scape; prothorax medially with yellow longitudinal stripe; unmarked greenish legs with brown claws; forewing immaculate, with three gradate series of crossveins; forewing costal crossveins, radial crossveins, 1st to 4th crossveins between pesudomedia (PsM) and pseudocubitus (PsC), gradates, and cubital crossvein brown; male gonarcus laterally with a pair of long blade-like gonocoronua, and entoprocessus with a medially directed projection, which is nearly vertical to anterior stem of entoprocessus and slightly curved at tip.

Description. Body. Mostly pale green, 9.8–10.2 mm long ( Fig. 1A, E View FIGURE 1 ).

Head. 1.2–1.4 mm wide (including compound eyes). Yellowish, with black stripes at genae; no marking on frons. Maxillary and labial palpi yellowish, but brownish on palpomeres 2–3; terminal palpomere slightly acute apically. Antenna: brown scape with broad brown stripes laterally; pedicel pale yellow; flagellum pale yellow, gradually darkened into brown distad; flagellar setae arranged in four rings. Occiput with brown stripe near each compound eye ( Fig. 1B, C, D View FIGURE 1 ).

Thorax. Pronotum as long as wide, with transverse sulci present slightly posterior to midpoint, yellowish longitudinal median stripe, lateral marking present as pair of brown bands, with lateral setae dark and dense, with brown streak at each side near anterolateral margins. Meso- and metathorax yellow greenish ( Fig. 1A, B, C, E View FIGURE 1 ).

Legs. Unmarked, greenish yellow, with pale setae; claws brown.

Forewing. 12.1–13.0 mm long. Wing membrane transparent; veins mostly greenish, but costal crossveins, radial crossveins, 1–4 psm-psc, gradates, 1–2m-cua, basal CuA, 1–2cua-cup, distal CuA and CuP, and A brown. Wings oval, with apex slightly tapering; three irregularly shaped blackish spots present on tegula; costal area narrow basally; 20 costal crossveins present, with basal ones sinuous; pterostigma greenish, unmarked; five crossveins present between Sc and RA, one at base, four posteriad pterostigma; 11 radial crossveins; intramedian cell (im) triangular, subdistally connected by 1rp-m crossvein; three series of gradate crossveins present (number of gradates: 5/5/6); gradate series not absolutely parallel, basal crossvein of first gradate series meeting PsM or not; distal cubital cell (dcc) open; CuP not forked ( Fig. 1A, E View FIGURE 1 ).

Hindwing. 10.4–11.9 mm long. Pterostigma greenish; veins greenish, slightly brownish at base; 16 costal crossveins present; three crossveins between Sc and RA posteriad pterostigma; seven crossveins between PsM and PsC; two gradate series of crossveins present ( Fig. 1A, E View FIGURE 1 ).

Legs. Entirely greenish, unmarked; claws brown.

Abdomen. Brownish dorsally, with a reddish brown band; venter pale, unmarked ( Fig. 1A, E View FIGURE 1 ).

Male genitalia.Tergite 9 and ectoproct fused, elongate; ectoprocts with narrow, dorsally curved apical projection, bearing a few stout setae at tip; tignum, gonapsis and median plate absent; gonarcus medially fused, laterally with a pair of long blade-like gonocoronua, lateral arms simple, expanded; entoprocessus slender, with a medially directed projection, which is nearly vertical to anterior stem of entoprocessus and slightly curved at tip; mediuncus closely associated with gonarcus, elongate, with base laterally expanded, mediuncus process absent; parameres absent; numerous gonosetae present ( Fig. 2A, C, D, F, G View FIGURE 2 ).

Female genitalia. Tergite 9 and ectoproct fused; pregenitale absent; sclerotized plate between subgenitale and sternite 7 absent; vela nearly same size as spermatheca; spermathecal duct coiled ( Fig. 2B, H, I View FIGURE 2 ).

Etymology. The specific name kamayaria refers to kama-yari, based on the special T-shaped entoprocessus, which is similar to the shape of a Japanese ancient weapon.

Distribution. China (Hainan, Yunnan).

Remarks. This new species and B. solomonis appear to be similar by having dark stripes and three series of brown gradate crossveins, but the new species can be distinguished from the latter species by the vertex anteriorly without faint brown spots. For the previously described two species with genital characters available, this new species can be distinguished from B. squamosa by the medial projection present on entoprocessus; and the new species can be distinguished from B. winkleri by the absence of the arrowhead-shaped distal end of mediuncus.
