Remarks.

Warnecke, (1924) proposed this name as an aberration of Papilio podalirius Linnaeus, 1758. Therefore, as stated by article 45.6.2 ( ICZN 1999) it is deemed to be an infrasubspecific name (the author used one of the terms “aberration”, “ab.” or “morph”) and is hence unavailable.
