Vernacular Names: Lesser Long-tongued Bat.

Distribution: Guianas, Venezuela, Trinidad, Amazonian Brazil, C Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia.
Conservation: IUCN 2003 and IUCN / SSC Action Plan (2001) – Lower Risk (nt) as C. intermedius ; Lower Risk (lc) as C. minor .
