Remarks. The species was common in the forest. Copulae were also observed. Males with long anal appendages (" guttata ") and others with short ones ("normalis" Calvert) ( Figs. 58-59 View Plate VII ) thrived side by side and I consider them forms of the same species. No other difference can be detected in the males. and none in the females. An intermediate male from Tachira State is illustrated in Fig. 60 View Plate VII .
