Comments

This small, probably monophyletic subfamily comprising two highly modified genera in South and East Asia as well as in the Neotropics ( Brown & Hodkinson 1988; Hodkinson 1990; Luo et al. 2017) was not included in the molecular study of Percy et al. (2018). Its assignement to the Aphalaridae by Burckhardt & Ouvrard (2012) is supported by the molecular study of Cho et al. (2019).
