Body length 5.7 mm, fore wing length 4.2 mm and antenna length 7.0 mm.
Antenna with 52 flagellomeres. Terminal flagellomere pointed, weakly acuminate. Median flagellomeres approximately 2 x longer laterally than wide. Frons with some conchoidal ridges behind antennal soctets, with distinct lateral carina close to but separated from eye. Occiput coriaceous with some distinct transverse striae. Occipital carina complete, forming a point mediodorsally, ventrally joining hypostomal carina. Mesopleuron largely aciculate, rugulose anterodorsally and along broad, weakly impressed precoxal sulcus, speculum present. Midlongitudinal propodeal carina complete. Fore wing vein 2-CU1 1.7 x 1-CU1. Apex of fore wing subbasal cell with distinct glabrous zone posteriorly. Fore wing vein 3-SR 1.25 x vein r. Fore wing vein 2-SR+M 0.8 x vein r. Fore wing vein SR1 3.2 x vein 3-SR. Hind wing vein M+CU 1.6 x 1-M. Hind wing subbasal cell evenly setose. Hind wing vein m-cu long, tubular, pigmented, antefurcal. Fore tibia: tarsus = 1.33:1.0. Hind coxa with a trace of oblique ridges on basal half dorsally and medially. Apex of hind tibia with a comb of specialised adpressed setae medially and ventrally. Claws with 2 or 3 widely separated and diverging pectinal teeth. Basal lobes of 1 st tergite weakly produced, weakly concave posteriorly. Midlongitudinal carina of 3 rd tergite weakly differentiated on anterior 0.4 of tergum only.
