Holotype ♂, Thailand, Karnchanaburi Province , Wachiralongkorn Dam, 26.xi.10, “Tol” Kittium Chansri (voucher BCLDQ01487, Genbank JN278259 View Materials ) [partly eaten by ants] ( CUMZ).

Body length 5.5 mm, fore wing length 4.1 mm and antenna length 5.4 mm.

Antenna with 38 flagellomeres. Terminal flagellomere stongly acuminate. Median flagellomeres approximately 3 x longer than wide. Occipital carina mediodorsally incomplete, replaced by very irregular fine ridges. Mesopleuron largely rugulose, precoxal sulcus broadly weakly impressed with foveate-rugulose sculpture superimposed on aciculate background, speculum absent. Propodeum with midlongitudinal carina on anterior 0.5. Fore wing vein 2-CU1 1.3 x 1-CU1. Apex of fore wing subbasal cell with distinct glabrous zone posteriorly. Fore wing vein 3-SR 0.85 x vein r. Fore wing vein 2-SR+M 0.85 x vein r. Fore wing vein SR1 3.6 x vein 3-SR. Hind wing vein M+CU 2 x 1-M. Hind wing subbasal cell evenly setose. Hind wing veim M+CU very long. Hind wing vein m-cu well-developed, tubular, interstitial. Apex of hind tibia with comb of modified adpressed setae medially and ventrally between spurs. Claws without conspicuous pecten. Basal lobes of 1 st tergite large, anteriorly straight, sharply pointed, posteriorly transverse. Midlongitudinal carina of 3 rd tergite distinct.

Etymology. Latin for cream in reference to the body colour.
