Body length 3.9 mm, fore wing length 3.4 mm and antenna length at least 5 mm.

Antenna with 35 flagellomeres. Terminal flagellomere cylindrical and acuminate. Median flagellomeres>3.0 x longer than wide. Occipital carina produced into an anteriorly directed lobe, virtually obliterated medially though its line apparent through abrupt change in sculpture. Mesopleuron largely shiny and finely aciculate, dorsally longitudinally striate, precoxal sulcus weakly impressed with two longitudinal rugae medially, speculum absent. Midlongitudinal propodeal carina complete. Fore wing vein 2-CU1 2.85 x 1-CU1. Apex of fore wing subbasal cell evenly setose. Fore wing vein 3-SR 1.2 x vein r. Fore wing vein 2-SR+M 0.8 x vein r. Fore wing vein SR1 3.33 x vein 3-SR. Hind wing vein M+CU 1.35 x 1-M. Hind wing subbasal cell evenly setose. Hind wing vein m-cu moderately developed as a pigmented fold, rather far postfurcal. Apex of hind tibia without comb of specialised adpressed setae. Claws with incospicuous pecten. Basal lobes of 1 st tergite hardly produced, rounded. Midlongitudinal carina of 3 rd tergite complete.
