Body length 4.3 mm, fore wing length 3.8 mm and antenna length 4.8 mm.
Antenna with 37 [female] to 38 [male] flagellomeres. Terminal flagellomere acuminate. Median flagellomeres approximately 1.5 x longer than wide (♀). Occipital carina broadly absent medio-dorsally, ventrally joining hypostomal carina. Mesopleuron largely aciculate, rugulose dorsally, precoxal sulcus weaky impressed, rugulose, speculum absent. Propodeum with complete midlongitudinal carina. Fore wing vein 2-CU1 1.7 x 1-CU1. Apex of fore wing subbasal cell with very narrow glabrous line posteriorly. Fore wing vein 3-SR 1.25 x vein r. Fore wing vein 2- SR+M 0.9 x vein r. Fore wing vein SR1 2.96 x vein 3-SR. Hind wing vein M+CU 1.75 x 1-M. Hind wing subbasal cell evenly setose. Hind wing vein m-cu represented by weak, nebulous wing fold, interstitial. Hind tibia with comb of adpressed setae apicomedially and ventrally. Claws without conspicuous pecten. Basal lobes of first tergite rather large, rounded, not steep or concave posteriorly. Midlongitudinal carina of 3 rd tergite well-developed, complete.
