Body length 4.8–5.0 mm, fore wing length 4.4–4.7 mm and antenna length 6.5–6.8 mm.
Antenna with 50–52 flagellomeres. Terminal flagellomere acuminate. Median flagellomeres 1.8 x longer laterally than wode, oblique. Occipital carina complete mediodorsally, joining hypostomal carina ventrally. Mesopleuron aciculate with anterior and dorsal parts and precoxal sulcus strongly rugulose, speculum large and shiny. Fore wing vein 2-CU1 1.25 x 1-CU1. Apex of fore wing subbasal cell with glabrous zone. Fore wing vein 3- SR 1.1 x vein r. Fore wing vein 2-SR+M 0.75 x vein r. Fore wing vein SR1 3.06 x vein 3-SR. Hind wing vein M+CU 1.6 x 1-M. Hind wing subbasal cell evenly setose. Hind wing vein m-cu represented by a darkly pigmented curved line, antefurcal. Fore tibia: tarsus = 1.35:1.0. Apex of hind tibia with comb of modified adpressed seate medially and ventrally. Claws pectenate with 5 well spaced robust teeth between base of basal lobe and base of claw proper. Basal lobes of first tergite moderately produced, weakly conex anteriorly, weakly concave posteriorly. Midlongitudinal carina of 3 rd tergite not differentiated.
Etymology. Named after the assassin character Lady Prill in the Terry Pratchett Discworld novel.
