Holotype ♀, Thailand, Bang Khum Pon [can not be sure of locality], 2001 (voucher AL0188, Genbank JF962747 View Materials ) ( BMNH).
Body length 3.8 mm, fore wing length 3.3 mm.
Antenna with approximately [no fewer than] 36 flagellomeres. Median flagellomeres 2 x longer than wide. Occipital carina complete, strong and more or less evenly curved mediodorsally, ventrally joining hypostomal carina. Mesopleuron sublongitudinally sriate anteriorly, aciculate posteriorly, precoxal sulcus with coarse ruglulose sculpture, speculum virtually absent. Midlongitudinal propodeal carina complete. Fore wing vein 2-CU1 2.75 x 1- CU1. Fore wing vein 3-SR 1.7 x vein r. Fore wing vein 2-SR+M 1.1 x vein r. Fore wing vein SR1 2.3 x vein 3-SR. Hind wing vein M+CU 1.15 x 1-M. Hind wing vein m-cu represented by a fold in wing membrane, antefurcal. Apex of hind tibia without comb of specialised adpressed setae. Claws without conspicuous pecten. Basal lobes of first tergite weakly protruding and rounded. Midlongitudinal carina of 3 rd tergite hardly differentiated from other fine longitudinal striation.
Etymology. Latin mutilus meaning damaged in reference to condition of holotype and also meaning lost in reference to the recorded locality being uncertain.
