Length of body (interpretted as it would be in straightened posture) 3.8 mm, of fore wing 3.7 mm and of antenna approximately 3.9 mm.

Antenna with 32 flagellomeres. Terminal flagellomere slender and acuminate. Median flagellomeres 1.6 longer than wide. Occipital carina obliterated medio-dorsally and broadly absent ventrally. Mesopleuron almost entirely aciculate, precoxal sulcus very weakly impressed with some weak subvertical striation, speculum distinct. Midlongitudinal propodeal carina complete. Fore wing vein 2-CU1 2.45 x 1- CU1. Apex of fore wing subbasal cell evenly setose. Fore wing vein 3-SR 1.65 x vein r. Fore wing vein 2- SR+M 0.85 x vein r. Fore wing vein SR1 2.65 x vein 3-SR. Hind wing vein M+CU 2.05 x 1-M. Hind wing subbasal cell evenly setose. Hind wing vein m-cu apresent as long, reclivous fold in membrane, slightly postfurcal. Hind coxa shiny aciculate basally without striation; with extremely deep long lateral longitudinal groove. Apex of hind tibia without comb of modified setae medially. Claws with two long pecten teeth at extreme base. Basal lobes of 1 st tergite absent. Midlongitudinal carina of 3 rd tergite hardly differentiated.

Etymology. From ‘non’ and ‘ Yelicones ’ in allusion to the similarity to the latter genus to which it does not belong.
