Remarks: this species was recently described from Austria, Romania and Ukraine by Christophoryová et al. (2023) using molecular markers, karyotipic and multivariate morphometric analyses. Though it is morphologically undistinguishable from L. chyzeri , its occurrence in Hungary is expected.
