Diagnosis of male. Hypopygium basally without sharp differences between sclerotized and unsclerotized parts (Figs 10, 11); median carina of hypopygium preapically distinctly concave (lateral view) (Fig. 11); genitalia as in Fig. 31 View FIGURES 28 – 35 ; flagellomere 8 length 2.4–2.6 × its width; 2r-m vein of fore wing slightly curved (Fig. 48); hind wing as in Fig. 49; metasoma black.
Diagnosis of female. Protarsomere 1 with three spines of tarsal comb; fore and hind wings as in Figs 46, 47; flagellomere 7 length 2.7–2.9 × its width; flagellomere 8 length 2.7–3.1 × its width; metasoma black.
