Remarks.

The species was at first identified as H. kiogupa Oláh & Barnard, 2008 and described from the Naga Hills of Manipur, which are connected with the Chin Hills in the south. In the male genitalia, the dorsal keel of segment IX, the dorsal depression between segment IX and X and the endothecal processes of the phallic apparatus exhibit some variation, which includes also the genital morphology of H. khasigiri , as illustrated in Oláh and Johanson (2008b). The latter species has page priority rendering H. kiogupa as a junior synonym of H. khasigiri . This species was described from the Khasi Hills, an area about 250 km west of the type locality of H. kiogupa .
