Material examined. 2 3, Akrasi, rocky quarry and herb-rich olive grove terracing, 39º1.4´N 26º18.9´E, 7.vi.2010, leg. D. Horsfield (1 3) and leg. G.E. Rotheray (1 3); 1 3, Agiasos, 3.vi.2010, leg. G. Wilkinson [ NMS]; 1 3, near Akrasi, 39°1´21.0˝ N 26°18´53.5˝E, quarry at side of road 0.65km on a bearing of 127° from Akrasi, resting on open ground in the olive grove beside the quarry (several specimens seen, all exhibiting the same behaviour), 8.vi.2010, leg. R.M. Lyszkowski [RL].
Notes. This seems to be a frequent species in May/June, since several specimens were observed flying or resting at some sites. The specimens were found in anthropic habitats such as olive groves or road sides. Larva undescribed.
