Diagnosis.
This species is morphologically similar to M. hainanensis , i.e. the mesepisternum entirely black; basal margin of metabasitarsus black, otherwise pale yellowish-brown; anal petiole in fore wing long; sheath 0.5 × length of metabasitarsus.

Holotype. ♀, China, Guizhou, Mt. Maolan, alt. 750 m, 10.V.1999, Meicai Wei leg.; Paratypes. 6♀2♂, China, Guizhou, Mt. Maolan, alt. 750 m, 10-11.V.1999, Meicai Wei leg.; 2♀, China, Guizhou, Mt. Sanchahe, alt. 750 m, 11.V.1999, Meicai Wei leg.
