Quercorhabditis gen. n.
Diagnosis. Body small, less than 0.6 mm. Cuticle finely annulated and punctated. Labial region prominent, symmetrical, set off by a constriction, wider than adjoining body. Lips six, separate, each with a small papilla. Amphidial apertures indistinct. Stoma long, tubular, sometimes widening anteriorly; heavily sclerotized cheilostom with arched rhabdions, almost indistinguishable stegostom, Pharyngeal collar covering about 37–41 % of stoma. Pharyngeal corpus muscular, swollen to form median bulb. Female reproductive system amphidelphic, vulva postmedian. Spicules large, almost straight, with a free dorsal arm. Gubernaculum somewhat boat-shaped, more than half the length of spicules. Bursa leptoderan, open. Ten pairs of bursal papillae. Tail of females long, conoid.
