Microperus pometianus (Schedl) : Hulcr & Cognato, 2010: 21.
Thai distribution: N: Chiang Mai ( Nunberg & Chujo, 1961: 358 as Xyleborus pometianus ). There are no later records from Thailand.
Other distribution: Malaysia (E. & W.), Papua New Guinea, Philippines. Intercepted in Japan in timber from the Philippines. (3)
Biology: Browne (1961a) suggests an association with Sapindaceae , but there are too few host records available to be at all sure of this.
