Epipactis leptochila subsp. neglecta Kümpel (1982: 30) . ≡ Epipactis neglecta (Kümpel) Kümpel (1996: 67) . ≡ Epipactis leptochila var. neglecta (Kümpel) Gévaudan in Delforge & Gévaudan (2002: 30). Neotype (designated by Kümpel 1986 publ. 1987):— GERMANY. Thuringia: “Kahlen Berg b. Herpf (Kr. Mgn.)”, 20 July 1985, Kümpel s.n. (JE 00005613!).

= Epipactis viridiflava Löw (1969: 87) . Holotype:— SWITZERLAND. Berner Jura: “«Forêt du Morcel» südlich Les Ecorcheresses, 950 m ”, 25 August 1968, Löw s.n. (BASBG).

Specimens examined: — RUSSIA. Krasnodar Territory: Sochi District, left bank of riv. Khosta, 43°32′34″N, 39°52′46″E, ca. 123 m, hornbeam-beech forest mixed with yew, 1 July 2017, Averyanova s.n. (LE and PHEO).

Distribution: — Great Britain, France, Belgium, Luxemburg, Germany, Austria, Hungary, Switzerland, Italy, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Greece ( Govaerts et al. 2005 –2017, AHO 2011), Georgia ( Akhalkatsi et al. 2003), and Krasnodar Territory of Russia (present record).
