All mines on Bupleurum fruticosum .

Remarks. A common species where its hostplant Bupleureum fruticosum occurs, in the Mediterranean departments. Chrétien (1907a) recorded it from Bupleurum rigidum as well, but we doubt that this is the same species, because we now know four or five species (partly unnamed) that feed on a different species of Bupleurum . Larvae are most common in winter, but we also found some in August; thus it possibly has more than one generation per year.
