Material. 91: 1♂, Bois de Verrières , 15.iv.1956, e.l. [ Salix caprea on label, possibly wrong], RB ( RB) .

Remarks. Leafmines of S. glutinosae and S. alnetella are usually difficult or impossible to separate. The occurrence of both species on Corsica, and thus the host records on Alnus viridis and A. cordata , remain to be confirmed by reared adults.
