Apistoloricaria laani Nijssen & Isbrücker, 1988: 34 , figs. 2–4.

Paratype ( Fig. 22 ). IAvH-P 10565 (1, 78.5 mm SL). Colombia, Meta, Puerto López, Orinoco River Basin, río Meta drainage, río Metica , ca. 1.5 km E of Rajote, 03°56’N 73°03’W; W. G. Saul & W. F. Smith-Vaniz, 19 Mar 1973. Remarks: received from M. Sabaj Pérez, formerly ANSP 157940 , in part.

Baryancistrus beggini Lujan, Arce & Armbruster, 2009: 51 , fig. 1.

Paratypes ( Fig. 23 ). IAvH-P 7045 (4, 41.6–66.5 mm SL). Colombia, Vichada, Cumaribo, Orinoco River basin, río Orinoco at the mouth of caño Mataven , 04°32’30.3”N ; 67°51’47.7”W; J. Maldonado, 1 Feb 2004. Remarks : geographic coordinates were cited in original description as 04°32’30”N ; 67°51’48”W.
