TYPE LOCALITY: Malaysia, Sarawak, Mt. Dulit, 5,000 ft. (1,524 m) .

DISTRIBUTION: Mountains of NE Sarawak and Kinabalu and Trus Madi, Sabah, nowhere below 3,000 ft. (914 m).

SYNONYMS: baluensis.
