Records. Plains of the Jordan near Jericho.

Distribution. The species is known only from the type locality.

Records. Negev: Nahal Sekher, Be'er Mash'abbim, Sede Boqer, Miz'pe Ramon; Borot Loz, Nizzana ( Pekár & Lubin 2003).

Note. The type locality of this species is the vicinity of St. Catherine Monastery , Egypt (Sinai)

Distribution. Israel and Egypt.

Palaestina expolita O. Pickard-Cambridge 1872: 269 , pl. 13, f. 6 (♂); Levy 1992: 69, f. 1–12 (♂ ♀).

Records. Part of syntypes was collected in Newe Ya'ar ( Mt. Carmel ) and Nain (Yizriel Valley) .

Note. The species has not been recorded later, although it appers to be very abundant in the studied material.

Distribution. Eastern Mediterranean: Crete, Turkey, Israel and Lebanon.
