Material examined. No specimens were found from the study area.

Distribution. Transeurasiatic, subboreal. European part of Russia, northern Caucasus, middle and S Ural, S Siberia, Transbaikalia, southern Far East. Outside of Russia in Europe, N Africa, Turkey, Transcaucasia, Inner Mongolia, central China, Taiwan Isl., Korea, Japan (Hokkaido, Honshu, Shikoku, Kyushu, Tsushima isl.).

Hostplants: in Europe ferns: Pteridium , Dryopteris ( Skou & Sihvonen 2015) .
