Figs 3 G–J View FIGURES 3 , 5 View FIGURES 5 KL, 10 D, 12 E–H, 36 A–E.

Male with head pale yellow, thorax and forewings, ventral aspect of body orange yellow. Claws dark fuscous. Forewing with round fuscous spot in inner apical cell and one oblique fascia near 0.33 length of outer apical cell obliquely crossing inner apical cells, pale fuscous. Females similar to male but forewings whitish with similar fuscous marking near apical region.

Head narrower than pronotum, anteriorly conically rounded, more bluntly so in female. Forewing with additional m-cu cross veins.

Male genitalia. Pygofer height greater than length in lateral view, rather constricted in distal region with a few scattered microsetae, without basal fracture on dorsal margin. Subgenital plate longer than pygofer, with mesal submarginal row of macrosetae in addition to hair-like long setae more concentrated in apical region. Style slender, long, toe elongate. Connective with stem twice as long as arms. Aedeagus with well developed preatrium and dorsal apodeme, without dorsolateral lobes, shaft in lateral view broad in mid region, in anterior region widened apically with two subapical pairs of appendages, ventral appendage prong-like and acuminate, at tip directed dorsally and laterally, lateral appendages retrose with apices bifid; gonopore apical on ventral margin.

Female genitalia. Seventh sternite large, with rounded posterolateral angles, posterior margin medially slightly convexly rounded.

Measurements. Male 5.85 mm long, 1.2 mm wide across eyes and 1.4 mm wide across posterolateral angles of pronotum. Female 6.1–6.5 mm long, 1.2–1.3 mm wide across eyes and 1.4–1.6 mm wide across posterolateral angles of pronotum.

Material examined. Holotype ♂ INDIA: Arunachal Pradesh: 10 Km S Hunli, 1597 m, 28o 19’ 05” N, 95o 56’ 152” E, 12, ix.2014, Yeshwanth, H.M. ( UASB) . Paratypes: 7 ♀ data as in holotype; 10 ♀, INDIA: Arunachal Pradesh: 10 Km South of Hunli , 28o 19’ 051” N, 95o 56’ 15.2” E, 1597 m, 12.ix.2014, Sweep net, Yeshwanth, H.M. ( UASB) .

Remarks. This species can easily be recognised by its coloration—uniformly pale yellow or white, without any dark markings on the crown and with an oblique fascia and round spot near apical 0.33 of forewings. It also has a very different aedeagal shaft, with subapical process, compared to other species of this genus.
