Diagnosis. Head smooth or finely sculptured with transverse striae above the toruli ( Fig. 1E View FIGURE 1 ); female with three to five clavomeres ( Fig. 2A View FIGURE 2 ) as opposed to six in Isocybus ( Fig. 2C View FIGURE 2 ); OOL less than or equal to LOL ( Fig. 1B, E View FIGURE 1 ); mesoscutellum with tuft of setae originating in a depression ( Fig. 1A View FIGURE 1 ).
