Vernacular Names: Mulgara.
Synonyms: Dasycercus blighi (Woodward 1902) ; Dasycercus blythi (Waite 1904) ; Dasycercus hillieri (Thomas 1905) .
Distribution: Arid Australia from NW Western Australia to SW Queensland, N South Australia.
Conservation: IUCN – Vulnerable as D. cristicauda, Endangered as D. hillieri . Rare or indeterminate.
