Current name: Cistus creticus L. View in CoL ( Cistaceae ).

Note: Specific epithet spelled “incana” in the protologue. This name has been treated as a nomen confusum by some, and informally rejected in favour of the later C. creticus L. (1759) . However, no formal proposal for rejection appears to have been made.
