Diagnosis: This species can be identified by its vertex moderately broad, somewhat inflated, with a narrow median sulcus; frontal ridge narrow, deeply sulcate, laterally compressed and slightly projecting above the level of frons, with a distinct groove under the ocellus, widening at clypeus; pronotum with median carina moderately raised in prozona, bilobate with a very small, indistinct tubercle posteriorly, posterior margin thin, plate like, broadly rounded.
Habitat: Only one specimen was found on grass surrounded by semi-desert area.
Material examined: Sebha region: Samnu , 1 ♀, on grass, 16. v. 1996 .
Localities: Fezzan: Samnu.
Distribution: Libya.
