Aphelopus maculiceps Bergman 1957: 9 .
Material examined. Holotype of A. maculiceps : Ƥ, Indonesia, Java, Bogor, 250 m [ RNHL]. Paratypes: same locality as holotype, 1 Ƥ [ USNM]; same locality as holotype, III.1954, Bergman coll., ex imago of Empoasca sundaica Bergman , 1 Ƥ [ BMNH]. China: Guangdong: Nanling National Nature Reserve, 16.X.2007, Zaifu Xu coll., 1 3 [ SCAU].
Hosts. Cicadellidae Typhlocybinae ( Guglielmino & Olmi 1997): in India: Empoasca signata (Haupt) ; in Indonesia, Java: Empoasca sundaica Bergman.
Distribution. Oriental. China: Taiwan, Guangdong ( Xu et al. 2001; 2011b); India ( Fiori 1984), Indonesia ( Bergman 1957).
