The morphological description is based on one basidiome from the holotype collection and 14 basidiomes from two Croatian collections. The microscopic observations and measurements were carried out using a Leica DM750 light microscope at magnification × 1000. The measurements of basidiospores were made in Melzer’s reagent solution and are based on 25 randomly taken basidiospores from each collection (75 in total). The mean value of Q (spore length/width) in each studied collection is indicated as Qav. Microscopic features were photographed with an Olympus Colorview IIIu digital camera mounted on Olympus BX51 light microscope (brightfield and phase contrast—PhC). Pileipellis and basidia were photographed in 2.5% KOH solution, while basidiospores were photographed in Melzer’s reagent solution. The abbreviations of fungaria are used according to the Index Herbariorum (Thiers continuously updated).
