FAMILY DINIDORIDAE STÅL View in CoL
JOCELIA GRAZIA, CRISTIANO F. SCHWERTNER AND MARIA DEL CARMEN COSCARÓN
Durai (1987) revised this family recognizing two subfamilies Dinidorinae and Megymeninae , both subdivided in two tribes: Dinidorini and Thalmini , and Megymenini and Eumenotini , respectively. Kocorek and Lis (2000) reviewed the Megymeninae , proposed a new tribe ( Byrsodepsini ) and treated Eumenotini as junior synonym of Megymenini . Rolston et al. (1996) summarized the family. A single genus ( Dinidor Latreille ) is represented in the Neotropical Region, with one species registered so far in Argentina.
