Type locality: “Japon [= Japan]” .

Remarks: Jiang (1993) and Jiang & Wang (1999) recorded this species from China and stated this species is common in North China. However, Schimmel et al. (2015) did not listed China in its distribution. These records need further confirmation.

Distribution: Jilin?, Liaoning?, Gansu?, Hubei?; Japan, Russia.
