Connective small ( Fig. 3 G View FIGURE 3 ). Style long, base expanded ( Fig. 3 H View FIGURE 3 ). Subgenital with numerous slender setae from middle to subapex ( Fig. 3 I View FIGURE 3 ). Aedeagal shaft slightly curved, with hook-like process on base in lateral view; apex round, with numerous irregular preapical lateral teeth; subapex with a extremely developed knifelike process ( Fig. 3 View FIGURE 3 J–K).

Material examined. Holotype: ♂, China: Tibet, Motuo Beibeng , 827 m, 17. VII. 2017, collected by Cheng Yangqi.

Diagnosis. The new species is similar to type species B. nigribacka (Fan & Li, 2017) , but can be distinguished by the elongate, slender preapica process on the aedeagus, the yellow margin of the scutellum and the forewing with dark veins distinctly contrasting with the pale membrane.

Etymology. The new species name is derived from the words “ longi ” and “ processa ”, indicating that the aedeagal subapex has a well-developed elongate process.

Distribution. China (Tibet).
