Type material.
Three samples in ZMB collection contain the syntypes of Limnaeus sulcatulus : No. 8046 (eight syntypes), No. 109764 (one syntype), and No. 109765 (one syntype). The largest’s syntype shell heiht is 41.1 mm.
Type locality.
India, the Ganges River.
