Report as epibiont on bryozoans: This species was reported on colonies of Bugula neritina (Linnaeus, 1758) and B. turrita (Desor, 1848) in USA, North Carolina, Carteret County, Newport River ( Clamp 1982; Bradbury & Clamp 1991).
Remarks: This species was recorded as epibiont only on freshwater bryozoans. This species is adapted to inhabit on tentacles of bryozoans with special adhesive organelle (cinctum or adhesive ring) indicate a possible specific to bryozoan host ( Clamp 1982; Bradbury & Clamp 1991).
