Knight (1987) synonymized Nesosteles hebe Kirkaldy under B. rosea (Scott) , whose valid name is now B. frontalis (Ferrari) ( McKamey & Hicks, 2007) . Knight (1987) examined the female type of N. hebe from Fiji, and his synonymy is accepted here, although the lack of defining male characters in the type leaves some uncertainty regarding its identity.
