FIRST RECORD FOR THE VALDIERI AREA. — Turati & Verity (1912).
CHOROTYPE. — Centralasiatic-European (orophilous).
ECOLOGY. — Natural and semi-natural open herbaceous areas. It is an oreal species, which in the Alps mainly inhabits Carex -meadows ( Naumann et al. 1999). Polyphagous.
