Neotype: RMNH 25883 (formerly RMNH 15922 B), 1 ɗ. Loc.: Paramaribo Botanical Garden, Paramaribo, Suriname. Leg.: H.W.C. Cossee.
Remarks. The neotype (from Paramaribo, Surinam) was designated by Duellman & Wiens (1993: 37).
