Diagnosis. Male palp with short VTA and RTA, bulb flat, embolus long ( Figs 15. e–g, j View FIGURES 15 a – l ). Female epigyne with transparent sclerotized plate; copulatory ducts long, curved in “n”-shape; spermathecae oval ( Figs 1 View FIGURES 1 a – e . h–i, k–l).
Variation. Total length: males: 2.80–3.40 (n = 7); females: 3.00–4.00 (n = 48). Some specimens with pairs of white spots on opisthosoma while some without ( Figs 15 a–d View FIGURES 15 a – l ).
Distribution. Nepal, Bhutan, China (Tibet; recorded also from Tengchong and Lushui Counties and Baoshan City of Yunnan Province).
Remarks. This species is similar to L. bhutanus Ono, 2001 in general appearance, but can be separated from the latter by: the opisthosoma dorsum with 5 or more pairs of markings (about 3–4 pairs of markings in L. bhutanus ); both the copulatory ducts and the embolus are longer than those of the latter.
