Distribution.

Nearctic: Canada (Alberta to New Brunswick), USA (South Dakota, Wisconsin, Illinois to Maine) .

Remark.

DNA barcodes were available for material from Quebec and Ontario ( Canada) with p-distances ranging from 0.0% to 0.16% (Fig. 25 ) .
