Distribution. Papua New Guinea, ‘‘Laing Island’’ ( Haghebaert 1995, p. 29). (I have been unable to locate a ‘‘Laing Island’’ in Papua New Guinea. However, there is a ‘‘Long Island’’ near Madang; the possibility that ‘‘Laing Island’’ actually refers to ‘‘Long Island’’ needs further investigation. J.S.A.)
