Specimen examined. 1 male, SE slope, alt. 1,287 m, by NLT-LP (1 m above the ground), 21–22. viii.
Remarks. This genus is characterized by the very large and broad body and the externally expanded or projected palpomeres 3 and 4, and the metasternum lacking median fovea. It has been known from East, Southeast and South Asia.
