Description. Color and external features as in generic description, face yellowish ( Fig. 3 View FIGURES 1–4 ).

Male genitalia. Pygofer side with length about 2 times height ( Fig. 5 View FIGURES 5–11 ). Subgenital plate about 2 times as long as wide at base, with 8 long macrosetae along lateral margin, apex extremely narrow, inner margin nearly straight, outer margin slightly concave ( Fig. 7 View FIGURES 5–11 ). Aedeagus with basal processes more or less evenly tapered, slightly sinuate in lateral view, nearly parallel in basal half and divergent distally in ventral view; aedeagal shaft sinuate and tapered in lateral view, with pair of lamellar processes at apex, very slender in posterior view; dorsal apodeme very short, slightly emarginate in posterior view ( Figs. 8, 9 View FIGURES 5–11 ).

Female genitalia. Seventh sternite twice as broad as long, with two protrusions on middle of posterior margin ( Figs. 12, 13 View FIGURES 12–17 ). Pygofer with ventroposterior margin slightly incurved. First valvulae of ovipositor with dorsal sculpture strigate ( Figs. 14, 15 View FIGURES 12–17 ). Second valvulae more curved than the first, denticulate area confined to distal 1/2, denticles prominent, gradually becoming smaller distally, apex pointed ( Figs. 16, 17 View FIGURES 12–17 ).

Measurements. Length (including tegmen): ♂, 5.5–5.8 mm; ♀, 5.9–6.2 mm.
